If you clean it well it should not have any effect in the homes value.
This happens to almost all homes at one time or another.

you should see a slight increase in value if all work has been done properly, you'll have updated drains, all new floor coverings, paint, possibly trim and cabinets. Its not the biggest increase in value but it will help the propertry sell quicker.

really i would think 100% if you get the smell out ,and it clean as before , dont wash the carpets replace them ,and even wash the floor with acid
