It's not too early, but it may not be accurate because your hCG levels may be too low still. Try it, and if it's negative but you don't get your period, try again in about a week. It should be a lot more accurate then since (if you're pregnant) your hCG levels should be high enough.
In case you don't know, hCG is the pregnancy hormone pregnancy tests measure. It goes up steadily when you're pregnant.

It may depend on when conception took place (how far along in the previous cycle) but I don't think it is too early. Drugstore tests will tell you how early they are useful, and some are more sensitive to the rise of pregnancy hormones than others - so read the labels of the different types. A test in a doctor's office (certainly a blood test rather than a urine test) will be even more sensitive early on, as well as accurate- but you may not prefer to go that route.
Hope the answer is what you wanted!

You can test early using the first response pregnancy test!!!! I know a lot of people who got positives doing that up to 5 and even 6 days early!!! However, if it is a negative, don't get upset and just try again in 2 days!! I know how hard it is too wait!

No. I tested 3 or 4 days before my missed period with First Response and got a clear positive. It also can depend on the hormone levels in your urine. but with First Response, 2 days before isnt too early. Good Luck.

no, it is not too early to test with most pregnancy tests. The hcg that the test checks for should be in your system. Just use the urine from the first time you use the bathroom in the morning, so the hcg will be in a more concentrated amount.

It depends on the sensitivity of the test and the level of hormone in your urine. If you get a negative, test again the day after your expected period, when it should be a little more accurate.
