I am 15 weeks preganant today (I hope)
On Wednesday morning I was nauseous, looked down and I had a few brown blood clots. Went to the ER. They did a pelvic exam (cervix closed) HCG @ 50,000. Couldnt find HB bc they had a very old doppler. (Not sure if that has anything to do with a large 8x6cm fibroid that is sitting outside the uterine wall. We did an ultrasound and baby was fine. HB was 137 and all looked ok. The dr told me to take it easy for a couple of days and to avoid sex while bleeding.
There was no bleeding for a few days so my fiance and I had sex last night. I stopped after 30 seconds and there was red blood on him and when I wiped. It tapered off (more than spotting but nowhere near enough to fill a pad). There was no one to do an ultrasound and the doppler was too old to foind HB (same place). HCG @ 39,000.
Very, very light brown blood today and still feeling nauseous. Only thing is back aching. Cramps on and off - not heavy at all. Any hope for little one?

It could be a threatened m/c or it could be m/c, go to the dr tommorow first thing. Even if the baby has passed you will have pg symptoms until your hcg level is 0, so don't just use symptoms as assurance that you are still pg, see the dr. And NO SEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for at least a month or until the dr says ok. You can still make him happy if you want but why should you both suffer???
good luck.

I had a miscarriage last year about this time and it was not real bad bleeding more like a light period. I also had bad back pain. I had no nausea. I would check back with the doctor just to be sure but it could just be some spotting some women spot during pregnancy.

Doesn't sound like a miscarriage, not enough blood. but the cramping off and on does sound like something is not going right You need to go to a doctor as soon as possible because that does sound like the beginning stage of a miscarriage. I wish you well.

I still think you have hope! You need to get into the doctor tomorrow..so that you can make sure your baby is ok! Also, I would probably stay away from sex if this keeps happening....I know you must be scared! Best wishes!

If your numbers are dropping - it is NOT a good sign. You need to call your doctor immediately.
