"Is it a place worth visiting or even living?"
Yes, unless you like oceans and sea food, cause that is not what Colorado is about. It is a great place to make a decent living and enjoy lots of outdoor recreation. Educational stuff- average for a city its size, average multicultural, still a little cowboy, but not a lot.
"What's best" Outdoor opportunities, not much rain. Summer- no humidity
"and/or worst about it?" Traffic, winter is not bad, but a little long, growing season short.
"What are the people like?" slightly younger than average, slightly more education. Average multicultural. Not as avid sports fan as Boston or Detroit folks are, but more so than Phoenix.
