how can you upgrade the DVD-hard drive so that it can play any DVD without region restrictions?

when i try playing certain DVDs on my pc ,some play while other don't .and in order to be able to play them it requires me to set a region for that particular DVD to play e.g region 1( U.S.A and Canada),region 2 (Japan ,UK),region 4 (Australia,south America) ,region 5 (africa)....but the settings are limited to 4 times...and after that they cannot be changed anymore.
