yup thats me and the reason i ask this is that do you think this is an ok weight or is it less
like i have responded to many women so much higher saying they are healthy practically speaking and i really felt that not to make them feel good but i know if i was that weight i would be killing myself to lose weight.
and no i am not that weight conscious...i dont even try losing weight but i have lost at least ten pounds in a short time...but now you see i don't eat lunch because i dont have time and barely eat breakfast and dinner is perhaps half the size of what normal people eat but the funny thing is that it fills me...seldom am i hungry...actually the hungrier i am the less i can eat and fill myself and if eat more i feel sick. i know this isnt an eating disorder but not normal right?and the thing is that i am not weak but not strong and in my family if a was a little fatter they'd point it out right away. not my parents but my relatives. do i sound healthy & if not what should i do

Well I'm 5ft2 and 120lb and I know medically my weight is okay, even though sometimes I read answers on here, which make me feel very insecure.

I think your family probably are very overcritical if they feel the need to point out when you gain a little weight. Your weight is fine as it is and even if you weighed more, you would still be fine both medically and lookswise.

But you should eat breakfast and lunch, because you just aren't getting the energy you need for the day. If you are not hungry, maybe you should see your doctor to rule out any possible causes for your lack of appetite.

Take care : )

That was me when I graduated from High school, way in shape and stuff. It's okay, probably right in the middle, a little more would make you curvy, and a little less won't kill you.

I would be more concerned about eating habits, i know it HS it was hard for me to eat because I was so busy and stressed out about finishing. Eating half of what normal people eat, and eating less is not good, it could be the psychological ramblings of a person who was becoming anorexic. I would definitely track what I was eating (which is just good for anyone, even skinny people) and make sure I was getting 3 oz of protein a day, five servings of veggies, some fruit, and lots of water. You should be in your PRIME...and if you don't feel strong, add some exercize, tae bo or walking or something, that will perk up your appetite, build your energy and make you sleek and curvy.

First, at your current height and wheight you are within the normal range.

HOWEVER, you will not stay there unless you change your eating habits.

Please talk with your gp about seeing a registered dietician, someoned who can help you to figure out a healthy and balanced plan for yourself. Don't make exuses about this one, and in particular, don't make excuses about not having the time to eat. You have the time, you've simply decided not to use it properly.

Also, I'm concerned that you could slip into an eating disorder. You may be borderline now. So, when you speak to your doctor, please ask about body image counselling. This is something that will help you to not develop an eating disorder.

I think it is a healthy weight. Id love to be that weight! When you eat just start eating healthier things like fruit and veggies..And you MUST EAT BREAKFAST!! Thats the most important meal of the day, it jump starts your metabolism. When you dont eat breakfast you will normally feel groggy and less energetic during the day

It seems like you are in the right range but they are other things that factor in like muscle and bone structure.
It really depends on your body size are you small, medium, or large boned. You can get a good idea of this by wraping you palm aroound your wrist. (Using your thumb and middle fingers and don't squeeze tight just loosely) If your fingers overlap you are small boned. If your fingers gently touch you are medium boned. If your fingers don't touch you are large boned. Depending on which one you are depends if you are the right size. If you are small you are about the right size maybe gain 5 lbs. If you are medium you might think about gaining 5-10 lbs. If you are large boned you might think about gaining 10-15 lbs. Note very few people are large boned. This is just a guideline. Hope it helps!

You need to start eating healthy, regular meals. Your weight is just a bit low, but not real bad.

Some people are just small framed too.

I wish I was where you are. I'm 5'2" and I need to lose more than your whole body size!

Best Wishes,

Sue

i would say that you "should" see a doctor, not trying to say it in a rude way but your sorta right that is not that normal. my brother is the same way, but he is starting to eat healthier and look it to. he is very active and that helps him alot. another thing is that you might want to eat not a lot but enough friut to keep you healthy.maybe you could consider eating a snack every now and then, i know you say you are not hungry but it will be good for your health.

Currently, I'm 5'7 and 205lbs, so if I were your size--I'd feel great! But health is more important; I'm not an expert, but skipping meals doesn't sound very healthy. You should try to eat balanced meals.
