I was talking to a friend and she asked me who I liked. Me not thinking I told her that I liked her and we havent spoken since. Ive tried calling her but she didnt answer.

you were being honest and told your feelings... its not something you can fix its something she has to fix. if she was a good friend she would be able to talk to you about it and be mature and still be your friend. give her some time to think everything through and she should come around. just be sure you dont force her too much or suffocate her. make sure she knows that even if you dont have a romantic relationship you can still be friends

I'm assuming that she did not share those feelings for you. If that's the case, just let her know that you don't want your "friend relationship" to change. I've been in her position before, it's a little weird for a while, but if she's like me, she wont want to lose a good friend based on a difference of feelings.
