my facial hair doesnt grow at all, its been almost a month(aprox) since I shaved last and I just have a little fuzz, I hate it and I wish i could grow a beard, is there any foods or anything that could make it grow in thicker or faster? Or anything else I could do to make it grow? thanx

Your lucky, once you start to shave on a regular basis, it becomes a daily chore or even twice daily. Don't worry, it will begin to grow on a regular basis. Ask your father when he started to shave - it will give you a better idea of your beard.

Nope. It's all in the genes.
You can try shaving more frequently to see if that encourages it to grow in some more, but it's doubtful.
Supplements like Yohimbe & tribulus help the body produce testosterone, the male sex hormone. This may help bring on some more hair...

I didn't have to start shaving every dat untill I was in my early 20s.
It's not fun to shave every day. now I have a beard so I don't have to

i cant grow much either, im 21, all i can grow is a little goatee and the mustache part, but nothing on my cheeks or sideburn area, its normal. nothing u can do about but wait.

try shaving again and maybe it will come back but dont get worried about it!

you could see a dermatologist and he could give u some hormone tablets to encourage growth.
