Both actually. My fantasy world is what keeps me going through the day. Reality...is just reality. Plus, being a writer, I need to exist more in the creative fantasy would...it's where I pull my ideas from...that make my reality better. ; )

My fantasy includes a beautiful house on the water and perfect health. My reality has nothing in common with my fantasy. I wake up every day hating my life.

Reality most of the time..but sometimes fantasy....my fantasy world is much better at times.
