We placed optical mirrors there so we could bouce lasers back to record the changing distances between the earth and the moon. Any large telescope will show them. How do you think they got there?

Well, whoever the someone is who says that is either too young or too stupid to know what they are talking about. I watched it on television. It would be pretty damn hard to fake something like that.
The first moon landing by a human was that of the U.S.'s Neil Armstrong, commander of the Apollo 11 mission, accompanied by Buzz Aldrin. On July 20, 1969, while their teammate Michael Collins controlled the command module Columbia, Armstrong landed the lunar module Eagle on the surface of the moon at 4:17:42 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.

yes we did land on the moon. Several people can "cover up" something, but can you get thousands and thousands of people to say the same thing and not leak out the truth in over 30 years?
As far as the flag and other "details", check out this website;

Yep, the U.S. landed men on the moon six times, at six different locations.
Check out www.badastronomy.com for a debunking of the conspiracy theory sites that claim it never happened.

The moon itself is a NASA hoax, the Earth is flat, and Elvis is alive and well working in a donut shop in Cleveland.

Here is one site that makes reference to the moon landing being faked. It appears convincing somehow and yet very familiar.

The key word in your question is "some."
"Some" say the earth is flat.
"Some" say airplanes weren't involved in 9/11.
"Some" say a lot of things that are simply not true.
Yes, we landed on the moon in 1969.
