this guy i work with has suddenly tried to put me on frontstreet. ive been working at this business for two months, he has never spoken to me. one day out of no where he says i dont speak to anyone(greet) while he was walking by me he then says my behavior is fake. im not there at my job to make friends or acquantices why would he suddenly say that to me.

Just redirect the conversation to a work related topic. Ask him how his work is coming along and then say you've got work to do, good day. He's playing games and life's too short for that nonsense.

The best way to handle this is to ask others at work how he behaves toward them. Chances are he does the same thing. By asking someone else, first of all you know that you are not alone and secondly you got someone else who may have tried some things already on how to deal with this guy so you get the benefit of their experience.
