I can keep one player drafted after the 8th round in my fantasy league. I have Drew Brees and Lawrence Maroney. Which would you keep and why?

only one keeper per team- so i would start the draft with either Brees or Maroney, no other players

Maroney.
1.) Corey Dillon is 31 or 32.
2.) RBs are the lifeblood of FFL.

How long are you keeping each player? Brees wil be the QB in New Orleans for at least 6 to 7 more years, so his job is stable. Plus he's a god there. Maroney should be great, but it all depends on your RB situation. If you have 2 other good RBs then take Brees.

I would keep maroney, i don't say this because i necesarrily think that one is better than the other, i say this because RB's are like gold. They tend to be very valuable, later in the season, plus with Dillon getting older, maroney is going to slowly become the primary back for NE. Yes Drew Brees is good and one of the better QB this year, but he is having an outstanding season, and can only go down as people figure now to cover henderson and colston. May i repeat RB,RB, RB get RB's

Keep Brees. He's got a couple of good years at the level he's playin at now. As long as Dillion is in NE, he'll split carries with Maroney.

brees because he has a pretty good season with 4372passing yrds and 26 td passes.
maroney is not the NE #1 runningback but the # 2 running back.

brees. As long as he has catching RBs on his team and good WRs, he will be a keeper
