A person you can tell anything to and know they won't go tell anyone else. A friendship means that you respect the person and they respect you. You do dot judge each other, you listen to each other, and are always there when needed.

I would never lie to a friend, or decieve a friend. I would never manipulate a friend, or try to convince them to make a choice so I can profit or benefit from that chioce. I would be a person they can count on in a time of need, even if it is only to discuss a problem or concern. I would not lie for a friend, or help them to perform an illegal action, and would be honest to them on this matter right from the start - we all have to know our boundaries.
I would never put such a petty thing as money between friends, if I could not just give it then I would not do it at all. I would do my very best to help my friend stay out of trouble, and make the right choices, and i only hope they can do the same for me.
I am a very devoted friend, and never would I backstab this person because of one reason, they are my friend and friends do not rat on one another, or burn one another, or backstab each other either. Above all else friends do not cheat with a a friends boyfriend/ girlfriend.

Someone that will be there for you no matter what time of the day or whatever they may be doing. Someone that you can tell you closest secrets to and not have to think twice about if they would tell anyone because you know they wouldnt. Someone that doesnt say one thing to your face and tell someone else another. Someone that respects you for you and dont tell you what to do if its something you want to do unless they are telling you something to actually help you in the long run as in maybe drugs or something. Someone you just feel completly comfortable around and dont care to embarress yourself or anything in that criteria. This is what I look for in a friendship and how I know if Ive got a true friend or not. Hope this may help

That's a good question. What does it mean to you?
To me it means, having a friend to laugh with. To find things funny that no one else does and laugh about it. To trust each other completely with everything. To vacation with and to visit with to have BBQ's with.

Conclusion: To be able to call in the middle of the night and cry on ones shoulder. That's my friend.

Friends are there to cheer you up
They lift your spirits when the going gets rough
But remember, aside from having fun
The best way to have a friend is to simply be one.

friendship to me, is to have someone so close to you, that they can almost think about what you're gonna do before you do it. Like a person who can predict you. Someone who will be there whenever and wherever for you. And of course, you feel that connection with them that doesn't really need any words, but is appartent within a smile.

peace and love,
rob

Trust. Honesty. Unconditional (platonic) love. Things in common for true understanding. Things not in common to broaden each others horizons so to speak.
