TIMOTHY M--You don't have to change the way you speak to sound ignorant.
I'm sure your regular babbling will get the job done.

CWDC--Have you noticed that it's 2007, and we don't burn witches anymore?
I'm pretty sure Joan of Arc is not running for office.

Has that Pat Robertson been beheading people again?
BTW--how does someone "over" generalize?

CWDC--You're willing to condemn the Mormons and the Irish.but you defend the Muslims.
If the decent Muslims would, very vocally, condemn the extremist ,the killing would stop immediately.

Religions do like to kill each other and other factions within their religion. However, every time someone asks a question like this, some moke has to bring up the crusades as if Christianity did something wrong. Muslims conquered territory, some of the territory was reconquered, some changed hands for several decades. Why do people act like Christians did something wrong in the crusades? It was just normal middle ages fighting.

Because that's all they do....Even the Christian Crusades were purely defensive wars unlike what we have all seen in the middle-east. Christians have all but been wiped out of the region. (i.e., Jerusalem, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran, even Bethlehem.)
Can any one say, "Oxymoron?" (Islam=the religion of peace!?)
So, even if Muslims achieve their goal of world domination by way of their religion, we can expect that "the religion of peace" will blanket the world with peace & calm for the next millenium?

It is not the religion. The religion you mention is one of the fastest growing religions in the world. It preaches everything from taking care of family to be being a good person but not hate. In all religions you have people that pervert the actual meaning. We have it in Christianity, Judaism, and Muslim.

Do not worry about such questions. Our President Bush is HARD AT WORK right now, working hard, to figger out a simple, plain spoken answer to this compli8cated question. It is hard work and our Commander in Chief is no policy wonk like that Klintoon, but rest assured he will come up with some sort of answer. Probably the same one he recycles, so do not worry.

that is such a ridiculously broad over-genralization...certainly radical elements of each one is oreinted the way you say but far from all of each. Take a look at the history is the mormon religion in this country and the people they wanted to kill and the other christians that wanted to kill them...take a look at the fighting between catholics and protestants in northern ireland...take a look at the Christian crusades...

Most of them don't hate or want to kill anyone. Stop watching television and start using your brain.
What do you think people in other countries think about us? All they see on television is "Gay Pride" parades with our politicians marching arm and arm with homosexuals, and abortion rights activists demonstrating for the right to kill their unborn babies. Some people in other countries think that Americans are homosexuals and baby killers.

And Christians have spent 1300 years killing Muslims and 2000 years killing pagans of all varieties. So much for the religion of the Prince of Peace.

The religion doesn't want what you mention. It teaches the goody-two shoes stuff that all religions teach.
Irish and British "Christians" used to kill each other.
"Muslims" kill each other.
Who says they're even religious?!
