Can I solution this kind of worm virus and is it very dangerous?

It pop-ups sometimes when I open Windows Internet Explorer and it often goes to My Pictures folder. We always used to delete it but it stays what evere we do. Brontok also make my computer restart whenever we download anything from the internet. My computer has McAffee Virus Scanner but it doesnt work.

What is the best way to delete it?

You could just get rid of it manually. First, sever your internet connection. Next, open up your task manager (control +alt+delete) and end that process tree (it'll probably say something like Brontok.A.10.exe or whatever). To end the process tree, right click it and select "end process tree". A warning will come up saying that it may affect your computer, but click OK. You must end the process tree because while it is running, it is right-protected and your computer will not let you delete it. If you know where the Brontok file is, then go and delete it. If you want to be sure you got it all, go to start/search. type in "brontok" and let your computer search for it. Once you find it, delete the files. That should fix your problem.

If you need another program, I can give a few links that offer free virus and spy ware removers...!You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at
