Let Me Get This Straight: Just Got A PSP, Charged The Battery, And Went To Update The PSP With A New Firmware, Like Up To 3.0, Then It Doesn't Turn On, Or Do You Do More Settings After You Updated The PSP, Then It Won't Come On?

Now, I'll Want To Ask You Some Questions:
Did You Turn Off, Remove Memory Stick, Or Unplug The PSP From The Power Cord During The Update? (note: you'll need to plug in your psp to the power during updates)
What 'Setting' Did You Do And Set?
Did You Try To Play A Game?
Do The Buttons Work At All?/Is You PSP Set On 'Hold'? ('hold' is when the power switch is set down, not up, 'locking' the buttons so you won't accidentaly press them when, say, listening to music)..
Is Just The Screen Off? (the square button next to the button that looks like a music note on the bottom middle of the psp changes the psp's screen light power: low, medium, and high, also off if the button is held down for about 2 seconds)
Is Your Memory Stick Formatted?
Did You Get Any Error Messages Of Any Sort?
Is Your PSP Turned Off All The Way? (the psp is technically turned 'off' when the power switch is held up for more than 2 seconds. just flicking the power switch will put it in 'standby' mode..)

I Think That's All The Questions I Have For You..
Answering At Least Most Of Them Should Help Me Diagnose The Problem, So Email Me Back On This And I'll See What I Can Do..

If All Else Fails, Contact Sony Directly (1) And Check With Them On How To Fix This..

What I'm Thinking Is That Something May Have Happened During The Update (one last question: what update version is this?), Or Maybe Something Simpler..
