Women are constantly competing for jobs that men take for granted. It's too much about how they look than what they can do. And YES. It's STILL that way!

Because some women are constantly competing and we were never really taught how to deal with competition or conflict in a healthy way.
Boys were made to shake hands, apologize, and then get on with the game.
Girls were taken to two corners and then told to forget about it, so we hold crap in and as a result, some women gang up on each other, some feel safer in groups, and build themselves up by bringing others down.
And management doesn't get involved until the damage is done, because they think (which is logical) that adults should be able to behave professionally in the work place.
If you're not in the midst of the drama, it can be entertaining.

You didn't give enough info on this female colleague for me to make a constructive comment. However, she may be feeling insecure and wants to win every situation. As a result, she steps on others' toes without realising it.
If, on the whole she is not too bad a person. Then she deserves a chance to mend her ill-manner. Some one who is neutral ought to talk to her privately - without being bias.

Men are not the only kind of idiot to hose down the decks with hormones; women do it too. And sometimes we testicled ones cannot see the trees for the forest, and that irks the females.
Sounds like you're living an episode of "Ugly Betty".

Very few can, mostly they are jelous of each other,trying to show off their looks ,rings, clothes.Mostly they get along with males.
