EVERYWHERE...
The thing is, all stores stock up RIGHT before the holidays. Following Christmas, they realize they suddenly have a great deal of inventory they're not going to be able to sell. So they sell them for a significant discount.
This is ALL stores, from toy stores to chain stores to hardware stores to fishing stores to lingere stores... they ALL increase their inventory in the hope that we'll buy it all before X mas. Then they have to sell off what's left over so they don't lose as much $$ (or have to send them back).

Every single retail store in the country and online. Doors open at 6:00 AM at some places where I live.

Yes, they're found everywhere. Best to stay home or at work, away from the mass insanity though.
