Here's a Limerick in your honour.
There was this man from Assizes
Whose balls were of different sizes
The one it was so small
It was no ball at all
The other one won many prizes !

In most men, the two testes arent of equal size; in most women, their two breast are not of equal size. These are medically proven and observed facts, and natural.
In your case, as a doctor has diagnosed some problem and suggested surgery, you need to get a proper treatment done. If you arent confident of the correctness of this doctor's advice, you can go for a second opinion of another good doctor, and compare the two sets of advices.
Asking this question in YA wont help to solve the problem as you seem to be looking for comfort answers; people who reply to questions here are not all doctors!
As for your doubt on fertility, this question too could have been put to your doctor whom you consulted. As far as my knowledge goes, such a surgery has no adverse impact on your fertility. People can father children with even one good working testicle and so please relax.

As far as I know everyone has one testicle bigger than the other. As a matter of fact the right side of your body is not completly simetrical (same size) as the left. I'm the oposite from you my, left testicle is bigger than the right one. Now if you told me that for no reason if feels bigger than it did in the past then I would suggest you saw a doctor ASAP.
Any ways I would definately get a second opinion.

These questions should be addressed to your doctor who is more aware of just what your condition is. I do not see why it would affect your fertility since a man can be fertile with just one testicle. Hopefully, your surgery will go well, and you will recover well, to have the children you want.
Best Wishes,
Sue

Benasite fort is the only medicine which can help u
I passed through same situation.
doctors advised operation. I gone for second opinion who gave me this medicine. I am allright now.
u can also go for second opinion or try this medicine after consulting some other doctor.
even if u go for operation, it doesnot affect your fertility. only u have to avoid intercourse for about 3 to 6 months
