Does anyone know what license and other requirements to for a smoothie shop in California?

Where would I get the applications for the licences and permits? Is there anything I would be able to get online? What do would I need to get from City Hall or elsewhere? Thanks!

Aside from the city business permit , most locations require clearance from the health department for any business serving food to the public.
