I would give a stranger, in need of money? That doesn't make sense, but if your referring to giving money to a stranger in need, then I wouldn't do it. I would give him food or something else, because you are not sure what that stranger will spend their money on, many times on drugs, or alcohol the problems that probably induced their need for money.

I have given money to people who have come up to me on the street asking for something to eat. I know that it is dangerous but sometimes it is just a chance you have to take. I have also given money to a man in a parking lot supposedly needing gas money. I think if I have it I am to try to help. I am not as brave about this as I once was. If these people use it for things other than what it was given for, then God will deal with them. I just don't have money to hand out, so please don't ask me for a loan. lol

Treat others as you would like to be treated...I give people the benefit of the doubt. It obviously depends on the circumstances, but if I have it to give and they are in need of help, I don't see why not.

I've given money to strangers who claimed to be in need. I typically do not believe their stories, but if I am moved, I will give.

It depends on the circumstances. I'd need proof of the hardship and that they did not cause the problem by doing something stupid that they need to learn from.

I would never give a stranger in need of money...I would give a good gift instead.

First, that stranger would have to tell me what they're buying, because sometimes they blow money on stuff that is harmful! If they wanted some beer, instead I would give them something beneficial to drink . . .(milk, water, juice)
