i have tried going on to control panel to get rid but its still coming up, when i try and close it its not letting me, please someone help me, my mate has tried to help with telling me to download different browser, which helps for a while then its appears again

I would go to download.com and get both ad aware and spy-bot search and destroy. If you are using yahoo's toolbar there is a version of Norton anti spam on it.

download spybot search and destroy its a free program, and you can scan and get rid of malware using that, then run your viris scan when u are done, and if you don't have a viris scan, there is a free one calle www.avgfree.com and the spybot one, google it good luck

go to download.com and download adaware by lavasoft, install, run, delete everything it finds(its all bad), then you will most likely not have this trouble anymore.

there is addware in ur laptop.u need to downlaod nortan antivirus.so it can find any/all viruses and clean ur system.
