that is just like me.... hollister jeans, size 0 fit perfectly. and there is a really cute dress at American eagle..

I am 5'4.5" and weigh 121 pounds. About 10 years ago, I weighed a little bit more and was a size 6 pants. I am now a size 2 pants, because of size flattery. She's probably a size 2 or 4 dress, depending on her shape (broad shoulders or rib cage? narrow shoulders?). If her shirt size is extra small, I'd go for a size 2 dress. If it's small, go for a 4. Medium, go for a 6. I need an 8 dress because I have broad rib cage / shoulders, otherwise I can wear a 6 if it's sleeveless. So go for a size 2 dress.
Regarding jeans, you are going to need to take a peek at what she has in her drawer somehow, otherwise just get a size 2.

Wow, that is really unhealthy. A woman of that height (also my height) should be between 120-140 pounds! Consider that her heart is being robbed from before you buy her jeans. Ok, besides that...probably a 33"length and not sure about the waist...22 or 24 inch waist I would guess. Good luck! Dress size....um 4 or 6.

LEI makes a lot of nice jeans for people that size, also Mudd.. try those new skinny jeans that might be cute, but only if she is the semi-dressy type.. as far as sizes go.. that seems like maybe a 3. With the dress I really dont know.. just find something that is loose and flowy, because skinny people don't look good in tight dresses..... Good Luck!

Size 0 or 1. Dresses- Macy's. Jeans- Macy's, American Eagle, Hollister.

Maybe a size 2 or a size 3. the sales persons should be able to help you where ever you decide to go. Another thing to, even though you know the weight of the person, sometimes its good to know their measurements (hip size, waist size, etc.)

abercrombie and fitch have the best jeans; a size 0 should fit; for dresses you should go to Nordstrom--they have really cute dresses!

hmmmm look in her closet and hen see what size that most of her jeans are and then see which brad that she has the most of that should tell u allthat u need to know.

go to american eagle they have good jeans!! i think that skinny leg jeans will look good on her
