This is much more coherent, and in that regard an improvement. But you have very little support for any of the possible directions the deck can go. You aren't going to be doing much fusion with one Polymerization and only one Fusion Monster. You don't have any of the H-E-R-O support suite. There isn't even any Normal Monster support (such as Justi-Break, Enchanted Fitting Room or Heart of the Underdog) or Warrior support.

To deal with particulars - why Hero Kid without any way to Special Summon the first one (except A Hero Emerges, but that's entirely chance and you're surely hoping to fetch Neos or Bladedge with that) and without even Miracle Kids if you decide to use Hero Kid as your discard? Spellbinding Circle and Mage Power seem a bit misplaced. Soul Exchange works better when you have one-tribute monsters to bring out. The Winged Kuriboh group is not too hard to circumvent.

I think the H-E-R-O suite might do this deck good, especially O, as you can discard and revive Neos. R would also come in handy, as you have no S/T removal at all, and E fetches the vast majority of your monsters.

You're definitely going in the right direction, though.
