A clean, fun, safe place. Lots of large TVs, maybe some live music every now and then. Good food.
Mostly a CLEAN place and a safe place. Have clean employees and keep a clean place and have good security. Thats the two most important things to me.
Oh, one other thing. A good location. Make certain its in a good area of town, a place where you dont have to worry about your car being stolen when you are inside or getting robbed in the parking lot. Also a area with other "things to do" for a night out on the town nearby.

Lot's of big screen TV's, no cover, great wings, drink specials and good parking (sounds funny but really subconsciously makes a customer come back when it's an easy in/out of the club)

1 - Bar Games (Pool, Darts, Shuffle Board, etc.)
2 - Lots of TV's with diffrent sporting events on them
3 - Cheap drinks
4 - Good looking females

$1 tacos, 25 cent chicken wings, texas hold em tournaments, live bands, $1 beers or $2 bottled beers. There is a bar up here that does 99cent 1/4 lb burger and sells a lot of beer that night with that kind of deal.
