no, not unless they have reason to be tracing you, even then this could be easily gotten around. Just think about how many people live in the USA, they would never be able to sort, file and view every site that every person went on. The stats would be huge. Quite impossible, really.

In china they do and i think they where trying to give them self's the power to in the USA. although in most western country's with out a warrant its illegal to retrieve that data. Your Internet service provider know everything you do although that is protected under privacy laws in most country's. So even though the computer knows it no humans are allowed to read it.
