The best QB in the NFL CURRENTLY is def. Peyton Manning. I am amazed by his leadership skills on the field every time I watch him play. That man comes with his A-game every game.

Tom Brady
Why?
Look at how many rings he has. Look at how many game-winning drives he's had. And look at this season and his whole career.... what famous wide receivers or running backs (other than Corey Dillon) has he ever had? He's still led his team to Super Bowl and may do so again this season. I do not like him but he makes his teammates better and wins. Another reason is that when he signed his contract a few years ago, he only signed a short amount so the Patriots can sign other players in the free agency. I respect that a lot and I want him to lose in the playoffs, but I will definetly not count him out. Peyton Manning is a quarterback for the regular season and he has not won a Super Bowl even with good players (Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, and before Edgerin James)!

The hottest quarterback as of today, is Jeff Garcia. Peyton is probably the best rated quarterback in the NFL today.

brett favre, when he was in his prime, he was the best QB ever, I was never a packers fan either, but no one was more comfortable standing in the pocket looking for a receiver having no fear within, than brett favre. And, who knows he may still be in his prime, i don't keep up much with packers football now, i don't know how good the rest of the packers offense is.
