For lots of reasons:
1. They're fans. They demand too much and expect too much from them and not just them, but the Sixers, Phillies, and Flyers.
2. They have that dumb song. "Fly eagles fly"> Can that be anymore annoying and lame?
3. They have a good defense I must admit, but the only reason why they are winning are stupid short passes. Wait when you try to do short passes against the Bears with Urlacher or Chargers with Merriman. Oh are they gonna get it.

I'm a Giants fan. I hate all Philadelphia sports teams. First, they are generally rivals of my favorite teams. Eagles-Giants is an intense rivalry.
Philly sports fans are animals who don't appreciate their teams. They teach their children how to throw batteries so they'll be ready to attend games.
Veterans Stadium. There never existed a more hideous place. Ugly worn out turf with seams that change direction on batted balls and cause leg injuries to any who dared go near them.
There was a jail in Veterans Stadium. A jail. That's how bad things got at Eagle games. If the Eagles stunk, the fans got drunk yelled their disgust at the team and started fighting. If the Eaqles were good, the fans abused (physically) any fans who dared cheer for the visiting team.
They choke when they get to the Super Bowl. Super Bowl XV vermail had his team too tense. Super Bowl XXXIX, Donovan McNabb was too tired to run the hurry up offense in the biggest game of his career.
Dick Vermeil. Hey, if there's no crying in baseball, you can bet your *** there's no crying in football.
Terrell Owens. The Eagles went out of their way to sign the league's biggest a**hole and were proud of it.
"The Fumble" people in Philly call it "The Miracle at the Meadowlands."
Jeremiah Trotter blindsiding punter Jeff Feagles.
Vai Sikahema's punching bag celebration after a kick return touchdown.

My husband doesn't hate them but he's mad they won the game. He's madder at Parcell's for keeping Owen's in the game after the first 3 passes he dropped.

I don't hate them. I'm just not a big fan of them. I'm a huge fan of the Miami Dolphins and Denver Broncos.

I do. The better question is "Why NOT hate them?" Especially after the 4th-and-26 in the playoffs against my Packers a few years ago, that really pissed me off. Call me bitter, I don't care.
