From the TOOLS menu, pick INTERNET OPTIONS, then click on the CLEAR HISTORY button. This clears the HISTORY. But you also want to DELETE FILES and DELETE COOKIES, so use those buttons too. But you also want to CLEAR the FORMS. So click on the CONTENT TAB, and click on the AUTOCOMPLETE button. From there, click on the CLEAR FORMS and CLEAR PASSWORDS buttons.

You are right that you shoud be concerned about sharing your business computer with others. I highly recommend that you keep a COPY of your data daily on a USB Flash drive. This should serve as a Backup copy and not the original. Leave the original on the computer.

But you should also be very dilligent about your anti-virus and anti-spyware, since others might be careless on your business computer. Keep these programs up to date, and run full scans regularly. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.

You really should consider getting a different computer for others to use. Your business is AT RISK with others use that computer. I recommend that your business computer be LOCKED UP and used only for business. You are asking for trouble, by not isolating your business from other people's pleasure.

Good luck and Happy Computing!

Assuming you are using Internet Explorer - simply click on tools and Internet Options and then you can delete your Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and Clear History. That should take care of it. Hope this helps...
