Can you set your music as ringtones on the w810i?

I just got the phone and everytime i try to do that it says unable to put this file as your ringtone.

How odd. I have a w800i & am able to use full length mp3s as ringtones. My understanding was that the w810i was essential the 800 with a few glitches flixed & in black instead of white/orange. Anyway, for what it is worth, here is how I do it on the w800i:

Open File Manager
Open Sounds folder
Open folder of artist
Open folder of album
Highlight song you want as ring tone
Click "more" option
Scroll to "use as"
Select "ringtone" (if you want it for you ringtone for everyone)
-or-
Select "contact ringtone" (if you want it for one person only)
Select the contact you want for that ringtone

You can't put full MP3s, but you can use shorter length ones. I have some up to 40 seconds long. Which is all you really need for a ringtone.
