As Far as i know, even sms is not free. then imagine about mms.
But let me tell u how to send mms as far as i know.: You need to load mms, gprs profile into your gprs, mms compatible mobile phone. For Loading the profile you can call your customer care by 121 or visit any of your nearest airtel showroom for loading.
As soon as it loaded and activated, verify whether the tariff plan you are right now permits you to send mms. Then you are all set to send mms to ur favourite person.

It is not free to send mms from airtel.
