Baking soda, bit of vinegar. Let it bubble thru and then pick it up with paper towels.
Special carpet cleaners (note: special...!) will also do the job. Consult with a carpet company. It all depends on how delicate the art work on your carpet is, whether wool/silk blend, all silk etc.... The treatments vary.
If it is light color wall to wall broadloom with no design then baking soda treatment works best. If it is really light color then a mild solution of bleach works best too.
If you just ask a Q plainly the way you have, it is difficult to give you a clear answer. One can only speculate.

The bad part of tea is that it contains a substance called tannic, that is the part that stains. Even worse, is if the tea was hot, the heat opens the fibers of the carpet making it so that the stain sets. In order to clean it, flush with clean cold water and blot up with a white towel. If you no longer get any color on the towel and the tea spot remains, try a mixture of vinegar and white. Might take several attempts. As long as you are getting discoloration on the towel, you are pulling out the stain. Good luck

Tea stains can often be lightened or removed with slightly acidic things, such as lemon juice or vinegar. Then clean the spot again with water.

You my have to call a pro for this one. But if you want, rent a cleaner and buy an additive to remove tough stains.
