There are many different things that could be causing this. Have you been overly stressed? Have you began excercising more than normal? Changed your eating habits? Has this ever occured before?!
All of these things could be the cause. But let me tell you from experience, don't blow it off. It could be serious, like: PCOS, caused by Insulin Resistance. For almost a year everyone told me my missing it was from stress and to relax, now the damage may be permanant and I may not be able to have my own children. Don't wait too long to check with a doctor! Good luck!

First thing you only have one body and so many things can go wrong. You should have seen/notified your doctor before now. So make an appointment tomorrow.
Many things as other answers suggested can cause that. Other Medical things could be fibroids, inflammatory diseases like endometreosis etc.
If you never knowingly been penetrated there is a possibility that someone could have used a date rape drug on you.
Bottom line stop playing with your health/life. As your year end resolution (don't wait for New Year) find and make a good doctor your professional friend.
It is better to be scared and find out nothing is wrong than to be scared and later find out something is wrong that can't be fixed. Either way you still got to deal with being scared.

If this continues, I suggest you see a doctor to make sure things are okay. Stress can cause it.... loss of body weight. Too little fat on the body can stop menstruation. Consider your weight in relation to your height. Do you weigh enough? Infections can also cause it, though usually they make you bleed more.
In any case, only a doctor can answer your question for sure.
Best Wishes,
Sue

Are you stressed? Heavy into playing sports? Exercising a lot? These things can contribute to missing periods.
I would consult your doctor ( Gynecologist ).
Any time you have a change in your upper or lower women parts consult your doctor...... That's how to catch things early that can save your health and life...

To be sure that you are in fact a virgin you might try this little trick.... stick a pencil in your vagina and see how far it goes. If it only goes in half way then you are in fact a virgin. If not, you might have been molested in your sleep and not have known about it.
