4 Steps really easy

1.Go to Start
2.Control Panel
3.User Accounts
4.Click on the name you want to change and password

In Windows XP?

Start, Control Panel, User Accounts, Click On Your Account.
Then Choose What You Want To Do

Dude - just go to Start/Control Panel/ Click Classic View on left / Click user accounts. Go from there.
