i just got an ipod nano and...?

it will not open no matter what i do, ive gone to start, all programs and itunes and it wont open and ive clicked on its icon on the desktop. i just installed itunes 7.0 onto my computer for it.

when i first got mine it locked up/froze my dad figured it out by reading the instruction manual and i think he may've asked the people at apple about it over the phone

Your suppose to charge it for like about 3 hrs or so

Try to charge it or something. If it still doesn't work then call apple customer care. They'll help you.
