Not at all true. Masturbation does not increase your penis size. Keep masturbation to a reasonable extent, as otherwise you would get obsessed with it. Concentrate on other things in life. Dont try any artificial means to lengthen your penis size, as they dont work.

No, the only thing that will get bigger is the arm you are using to jack off. As long as it feels good, keep doing it as it really is good for your prostate and all around sexual health.
