If it is canned fruit in heavy syrup you are in trouble. lol Try to buy canned fruit in natural juice or natural syrup. Suppose to be better for you.

Rinse the peaches off and enjoy! There is nothing wrong with eating canned fruit. Read the Nutrition Label and determine what you'd like to get out of them.

If the peaches are packed in "heavy syrup," you're probably getting a lot of sugar, which is not good for you. But you need 5 servings of fruit daily, so enjoy!

The nutritional value of canned fruits are so low... What you will be eating are only considered as fibres and fats if they are loaded with heavy syrup.. Vitamins and minerals may be lost during the canning process.. Some of those may even contain preservatives which are not good for your health.. Please eat fresh fruits..... They are good for you in the long run...
