if you have an mp3 on your computer, www.mobile17.com will transfer it to a ringtone and send it to your phone for free. but you have to have all the rights for the mp3, no music service files like itunes or rhapsody.

no idea but i know a way to make your mp3s into ringtones , webjal (google it) you need a data cable for what ever phone you have if they make a data cable for your phone.but it tells you exactally what you need to do its pretty easy. and you have to read every instruction they tell you when transfering your new mp3s to ring tones on your phone and if you have a data cable and look around you can find some cool programs you can download games wallpapers movies and what ever i have a program where i dont pay for text messinging and nextel dont know.but look around i would suggest what ever phone you have look for a forum for it and you will find some very good info. example i870 forum and google it

no longer all internet pages are optimized for wap (cellular) surfing. some are encrypted for risk-free practices purposes. Others are too picture extensive. Write to the webmaster of particular websites approximately your concerns first till now you touch your cellular provider's tech help. you're able to get an e mail reaction. in the event that they say the region is optimized for cellular surfing, then call your provider's tech help.
