my left body been in paral;ysis since 2002, can I still recover to move my left arm and fingers after that str

ben in continous P.T since that but didn't regain movement of my leftarn and fingers. I did recover on the movement of my left leg but not the left arm. Is there any chances to regain the movement of my left arm andfingers.

Sorry, but I wouldn't keep my hopes high after 4 years of paralysis. Just try to make good or excellent use of whatever function you have left. On the other hand, maybe miracles do happen. Lots of luck!
