There are different variations done by different artists . Which ones are the most acclaimed ?

"original"?

Mozart, Bach and Beethoven lived long before recording technology, so there are no "originals".

That said, at least for Mozart, some of the best has been from St. Martin in the Fields - if you can get it from that orchestra you won't be disappointed.

Try ebay. Or a used CD store.
