Can you transfer music from your existing MP3 player to another one?

I have a Dell DJ that I bought last year and I now have a Creative Zen Vision M. 30gb, and I know that it comes with a sync adapter and it had mentioned that I can transfer music from other devices besides a computer..does anyone know if I can do that and what should I purchase? Thanks!!!

it would be hard and i don't know exactly how to do it. companys don't like you doing this because you could steal music this way. i hope you have it all copyed on your computer because that would be mutch easier
