I think a tank or a tee would look really cute. The pants look baggy so a top that is a bit more tighter or maybe form fitting would be better wording. Cute pants :)

well there is a way to dress them up...if u scrunch up the bottom, it looks like thres a string on the bottom of the pant leg, tighten that a little bit, so they will be kinda like capris, now take a cute form fitting shirt, preferbly a stretch black or white V neck, and finaly a pair of pointy toe heels, it would look hot!

A white shirt will go good with those pants. The shirt can have writting on it and stuff but make sure its white.

a rather tight shirt cuz its baggy and maybe a button up shirt on top (unbuttoned), pretty jewelry, hair out and definitely cute shoes

just something casual like a t-shirt, something bright would look nice. or a cute shirt and a hoodie. you cant do much to dress them up.

haha i work at JCP and i'm so sick of those pants.
pretty much any t-shirt. i'd stick with t-shirts though.
