Is Ageism the lesser of the 'Three Evils'?

We all know how others judge by race and gender, but is judging another by his/her age any less 'evil'?

Try to think in a less discontinuous manner. Think about the degree of harm done and the context of that harm. I think, by any reasonable standard, ageism would come in last on that list you have, by degree in context and harm.
