From expiecence with my Apple Brand Radio Remote, they are so small almost none of the iPod radio tuners work. Perhaps the iPod iTrip might work, but if the Apple brand dosen't work well I can absolutely say, besides I live in the "outsikirts" of a small city, about 70 miles from the closest radio station in Albany, NY. Maybe if u live in a larger metropolotian area you will probally have better resluts. Hope this helps, Brodster

is that the old itrip for the first 3rd gen ipod? there should be a cd for that itrip. it contains a list of radio frequency playlist for the fm radio. then use itunes and upload that playlist to your ipod as a playlist... then go to your ipod to your playlist and play the radio frequency you want to broadcast you music to. each frequency has a lapse of 5 seconds. by the time you play the frequency, pause it. then play another playlist or a specific music on your ipod and you are ready to go.
