Well first id say try and get a kilt mini one or if that fails then a black mini skirt, have ure hair al spiked up if possible, u can get sprays aswell so, which is in a tin that is a wash out spray, to have ure hair a mad colour, u can get these sprays in fancy dress shops like ink spot somewhere like that, black tights make sure they are an old pair that u don't mind ripping.
A black leather jacket would be cool, if not then a black short jacket would do, put some safety pins on jacket and on ure feet if u have doc martins, if not then a pair of black boots would do.
Hope this helps, ps go heavy on make-up aswell and if u can even try and get stick on piercings for on ure nose.

Go to just about any mall and go into Hot Topic and you will see the #1 place of punk. Or if you have a tight budget, you can go to thrift stores (gross but hey! think about the $$ you'll save!) and shop around a little and see what you might find! I might go punk too! Great idea! Tartan skirts, with safety pins. Black and white stripes are quite punk, or a band T-Shirt, like Sex pistols. Skull jewerllery, lots of eyeliner, some bright coloured clip in hair or spray. Or some wax and a mohawk or spiky hair if you have short hair.Doc Martins, or black boots or old converses. Fishnet stockings or laddered tights.

Punk is such a comlicated look because it has a long history. The question is are you going new school or old?
Punk attitude says I don't care how I look, I just happen to like this hair and clothes. I don't care if I am sexy or beautiful.
I would suggest big army boots, baggy jeans or cargo pants, tight top. Add some chains and a scowl on your face.

DO NOT CONFUSE GOTH WITH PUNK they are very different. Original punk started in the 70s in Britain, you need to go for tartan trousers or skirt, a sleevless top, maybe in black, heave makeup, but not black, more red it need to be striking. chains, safety pin piercings that sort of thing.
no stripy socks, spiked hair yes, ut dont look emo.
punks didnt have money, the outfit should be cheap if it is to look authentic

Why would you dress as a punk if you're not one?
Anyways, wear a black miniskirt with a pair of black and red stripped leg-warmers, some converse shoes, a bunch of plastic bracelets and a graphic tee.
And don't do your hair...

while wearing a gown and black heels there is in straightforward terms one answer...Pantyhose. Tights look terrible with a gown and heels. Get your self a effective pair of black or very just about black sheer pantyhose to pass which comprise your outfit and you will look large!

dark eyeliner and mascara, black skinny jeans, spike your hair, spray a couple strands of it a bright colour like red or blue, long dangle star earrings, guitar or skull symbols. something like with a London flare.

no no no... you dont need to go shoping nessicarily.
1. wash hair and scrunch dry with towel... do it up messy
2.hot pink eye shadow... use lots of bright makeup... lots of black eyeliner and masscara
3.for clothes jeans-dark colored
black shirt
LOTS of silver jewelry- skulls if possible- cute ones not them ugly gody things
converse/vans/dirty tennis shoes anything but white or light colors
have fun with it. punk is a great style beacuse you can do soo much with it. if you need more ideas go to hottopic.com

spike the hair ...my best ensemble....in the eighties....black skirt(midi) fishnets....red black striped jumper.....and the latest fashion boot shoes...
classic punk was the best one
