I believe you're already familiar with Stephenie Meyer's work Twilight and New Moon. I enjoy Sarah Dessen's work quite a bit. It's very romantic. I think you might also enjoy I'd Tell You I Love You But Then I'd Have To Kill You by Ally Carter or Dairy Queen by Catherine Gilbert Murdock. If you like fairy tales, Beauty by Robin McKinley, Spindle's End by Robin McKinley, Enchantment by Orson Scott Card.

Many teens are reading it and some junior high and high schools have brought it in. :)

when i was in middle school, i loved reading Sarah Dessen's Someone Like You. It is about a pregnant teenager and how her friendship with her best friend changes over time. i don't remember specifics, but i do know that it was one of my favorite books
