I shaved the top and i later found out u are supposed to pluck from the bottom. Anyway,i am letting them grow back,but they look weird and people keep looking at them,what can i do?

you can use an eyebrow pencil. get the right shade at any local drug store or pretty much anywhere that sells makeup. color in the part that was shaved off and make sure it is not that noticable. if too noticable then color the main part of your eyebrow as well.
If you try the eyebrow pencil tip and don't like the results then get some cute bangs that will cover the top or all of your eyebrows. bangs are really in right now so you can't loose! (get them done at a salon, don't cut them yourself. after you get them done in the salon and you think they need a trim you can do it on your own, but be careful!)

Get your brows done at a barbershop by a man. Youll have eye candy to look at while your their and in the process a man is gonna make sure you walk out looking right. Get your eyebrows done by a professional and quit experimenting with yourself. Not only can a barber cut hair but girl when i tell you they can do some eyebrows. i bet them cookie monster eyebrows will walk out of a barbershop looking celeb fabulous

bangs look cute on almost everyone-ask a stylist for ideas but i bet they'd look great! or an eyebrow pencil-what not to wear has tips for overplucked brows if you ever catch an episode of that.

Just use an eyebrow pencil and give it time. It will be over before you know it. You probably notice it more than others.

go get them waxed/groomed by a pro at a salon. they can at least try to clean up whatever happened. personally, i have gone to have my eyebrows waxed for like 8 years and will never go back to doing them myself. the pros are so much better.
