NOTHING !! A true christian won't celebrate Christmas. Why?, because this is not a christian celebration.
There is nothing in the complete bible that encourage or even mention the celebration of this pagan activity.
If you are a person that does research, you will learn the origin of this festival, the meaning of its contents, the tree, the star, the 3 wise men,
that Jesus was not born in December, and many other things, you will be amazed of what the pagans in the first century were celebrating on Dec 25Th. "The birth of the sun" and will drink and eat till no more in honor to the sun. NO CHRISTIANS had a part in that celebration, they remained apart like Jesus asked them to do.
So now Christmas is a celebration of PARTIES, DRINKING, EATING, GIVING, RECEIVING Jesus doesn't get NOTHING out of it. The ones having the biggest benefit out of this celebration are THE MALLS, DEPARTMENT STORES, AND THE GREEDY WORLD OF MERCHANTS, that cannot wait till next year's "holidays" to sell their products, and get richer, and richer...at least not by me.
"I LOVE JESUS", AND I'M NOT PART OF THIS WORLD'S CELEBRATIONS, JUST LIKE HE WASN'T WHEN HE CAME.

Since I have such a large extended family, we do Christmas Eve at my parents house. We pray, eat, talk about Jesus, exchange gifts, talke some more and then everyone goes on their way.
It worked out neat this year since Christmas eve was on Sunday, my step-father is a minister and we all went to the church service to be there all together.

it varies with each family and tradition. some go to church the day before and day of christmas. Me, i am a christian that does not go to church. I praise God in my own way so i basically pray at home with family. open one gift christmas eve and open the rest christmas day. then we have a big dinner and give thanks to the Lord for blessing us with another year of happines and health.
