ok i have a phone and it is like messed up now?

ok so i tried to put in a security pin mumber and then it didnt work so i tried it some more then the phon said puk blocked so now i cant go on it at all and we tried taking out the sim card we turned it off then turned it back on i dont know what to do help mee pleese, my phone is a lg cu500

You need a new SIM card. when you enter a wrong PIN i think 5 times, it permanately locks the SIM. You can go to a Cingy store and get hooked up with a new SIM.

Call your Phone Provider and tell them your problem and they should be able to help you get your phone up and running again.
