let me explain...... im 14 and i have an older brother
who's 16 and allll the girls i like... like him not me y?
is it because he is older and has a car? or anything like that
and y am i the only person in my whole familly to suffer from
health problems
all tho they are not noticable but they affect me
and all my other brothers get more attention then me and stuff
y............?
this is affecting me........ i get to the point were i just wanna lie down in bed and not do anything.....(is that deepresion?)

Hello! Merry Christmas! Girls like your older brother because: 1) he is older 2) he has a car 3)because he is probably more confident and mature because he is older. Fourteen year old girls are clannish..if one girl in a group thinks a guy is cute, they all do. Find things to do that you enjoy. Get outside and get some fresh air. Ask your parents what you can do to be more healthy and research it on goggle. Yes, if you want to lie down and do nothing that sounds like depression, bump out of it. You have a whole life in front of you. What kind of career do you want to do when you become an adult? What do you like doing for fun? Be happy, have fun! There are other guys who like the same things you do. Find them. Good luck!

It's called situational depression. You're going through a tough period in your life. Sorry to hear about the health issues. You're way too young for that. About your brother, he's probably confident and outgoing, right? Girls love that.
I suggest focusing on a ways to build confidence. Find some Hobby, sport, or something you're good at and focus on it. It's not going to be easy, but you need to keep you confidence up. You are probably a terrific person.
One day you'll meet someone you want to get to know better and you'll have to be strong enough to handle the situation. I mean it could happen tomorrow.

Yes, that's depression. I'm 30 now, and if it helps you to know,...life does get better. I remember so well how hard it was being a teenager. I started having anxiety attacks, and depression and had to be committed. I hated life at that time. Now I love it. It does get better.
Most likely, young girls just always end up having a crush on older boys.

It could be depression. Is there a family member or other adult figure you'd feel comfortable discussing this with? In time, the girls will see your qualities. You're very young yet-you don't need to be so worried about this. Just enjoy what you're doing, and it'll come when the time is right.

u tell ur parents u feel that way botu not gettign as much attention and grls well thats jsut u havent met the right grls yet and well yeah. but trust me things will even out! so hang in there! list all good things bout ur self have a pick me up day. do somethign fun liek watch a movie or build a fort or hang out wiht friends! and this is normal for teens!

You will get your chance. There is a thing called timing. You probably can't remember, but there was a time when your brother had this same problem when he was your age. Now is the time for you to decide what you want to do in life, before life knock on your door. Give yourself time, before you answer the door. God bless you

YOU are still young at 14, your supposed to be playing (video games) at home. besides, dont be bothered to your elder brother cus you will also reach that age and soon after you'll have as many girls as he has now. Today is his time. Yours, in a short period of time you will never notice, you already have your special someone walking along with you. Just have fun and relax.

It was found that one of the leading causes for DEPRESSION in guys was the fact they were not good with women. Of course, most guys nver admit that though,...but studies in the U.S and U.K found that it was a leading cause.
If all the girls like your brother and not you, then I reckon you need to learn how to become more attractive to women.

actually you want the whole family's attention coz you said you are sick you are becoming depress bec of that but think of the things that your family is doing to you try to see the little things and you will be enlighten life is beautiful only you have to beleive it make yourself to the fullest dont just lie and sulk its you who will help yourself to enjoy life.
